There's a few name changes that will potentially cause problems for people using the old names, but it looks fine to me otherwise. If it is being used without issue by devkitpsp, keeping synced is more important. You have my vote for merging. |

… loop attempt pspdev#2 to fix the fanfare.vag loop crackling situation. If this doesn't fix it, then it's probably bc we are mixing/outputting the sound on the main thread.

I've applied the patch included with DevKitPSP to master. There are a lot of changes so I don't want to merge this without others taking a look.
