We can fix this on unstable buildbots too:

Given that most architectures need to tweak FRAME_POINTER_NEXT_OFFSET & FRAME_POINTER_RETURN_OFFSET, and it looks like those are the only things that need tweaking, would it make sense to set them in configure/pyconfig.h, like _Py_STACK_GROWS_DOWN?
