rig --without-p3m flag does not work#369

Hi, starting with version 0.8.1, the --without-p3m flag fails to work as intended. My environment is Pop!_OS 24.04; installing multiple R versions works as expected across all other Linux flags, with --without-p3m being the only exception.

Thanks for your great work maintaining this tool! I hope this can be looked into for the next release.

    Try --without-repos=p3m as a workaround.
