• Fixed loading of the BIFROST Bragg peak monitor: it is written as NXmonitor in CODA files, geometry artifacts, and the McStas simulation, but was being read as NXdetector, raising a ValueError against every real file. Also fixed a latent bug where Ltotal was derived from a branch of the graph that never saw the rotation grouping, breaking whenever the tank rotates.

• Dropped the dead DetectorPositionOffset/MonitorPositionOffset knobs from the BIFROST providers. They were lab-frame constants applied to positions on a rotating detector tank and nothing ever set them.

• Fixed the BIFROST NeXus loader for angles now encoded in CODA files, which was breaking integration tests.
