stansummary not working with variational inference #971

Summary:

stansummary errors and quits on what is reported as a non-fatal error:

~/cmdstan-develop$ bin/stansummary var.csv 
Error during processing. Warning: non-fatal error reading adapation data

I guess there's also a spelling error there, but that's in the Stan repo in src/stan/io/stan_csv_reader.hpp.
