Currently there is no function invoked after plugin is loaded.
s:config()is invoked before plugin is loaded.https://eivy.github.io/2018/02/19/vim-volt.html
NOTE
Now using
autocmd VimEnterins:config()can achieve this.But more straightforward way is needed.
