Currently, volt get -l adds disabled plugins too.
It is unexpected, because the command is used for also updating local revisions of plugins to suppress volt build warning messages.
$ volt disable tyru/eskk.vim
$ volt get -l
(omit)
+ github.com/tyru/eskk.vim > added repository to current profile
