Our Founder – Why we are here
Marek Šottl has spent his career in cloud technologies, DevOps, and cybersecurity, with deep specialization in DevSecOps and AWS. He builds training programs on practical, modern cloud and software engineering, and is the creator of the Hackitect’s Playground YouTube channel. As a Principal Engineer at U.S. companies, he now shares what he’s learned within professional communities.
Marek founded HackiHub to build SaaS-based observability products for supply-chain protection and better visibility into CI/CD and cloud environments — combining Cloud, DevOps, and Security into one practice, backed by practical training, tooling, and services.
He has led independent research on cloud security and software attestation, and helped build several internal developer-experience platforms.
