Refund Policy

Our 14-day money-back guarantee and how to request a refund.

Effective Date: 02-10-2026

This Refund Policy applies to purchases of IP Location Block, operated by IDEOLOGIX MEDIA DOOEL, Ul. Ilindenska 10, 6250 Kichevo, North Macedonia ("IdeoLogix Media", "we," "our," "us").

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders, so Paddle processes all payments and refunds.

1. 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

Every paid IP Location Block plan is covered by a 14-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied, you can request a full refund within 14 days of the date you were charged. This applies to new subscriptions, subscription renewals and one-time purchases. You do not need to give a reason.

2. How to Request a Refund

You can request a refund in either of these ways:

  • Go to paddle.net, look up your order with the email address you used at checkout, and request a refund there.
  • Email us at [email protected] with the email address used for the purchase, and we will arrange the refund with Paddle.

Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or card provider, it can take 5 to 10 business days for the money to appear.

3. Cancelling a Subscription

You can cancel a subscription at any time from your account at app.iplocationblock.net or through paddle.net. Cancelling stops future renewals; your plan stays active until the end of the period you have paid for. A charge made more than 14 days ago is not refunded when you cancel, but you will not be charged again.

4. Your Statutory Rights

This policy does not limit any rights you have under the consumer protection laws of your country of residence, including any statutory right to withdraw from a purchase. Paddle's Buyer Terms and refund policy also apply to your purchase.
