Experience

WidgIq

  • Architected and launched WidgIq solo: an embeddable AI support widget (one script tag, 11+ platform integrations) built on Next.js, tRPC, Drizzle, and Neon Postgres.
  • Engineered a hybrid RAG pipeline (pgvector + keyword search, Voyage reranking, SHA-256 dedup) with Standard, Smart, and Advanced agentic modes, streaming multilingual answers in real time.
  • Built a lightweight Preact widget SDK with dashboard-driven, zero-redeploy customization.
  • Shipped credit-based billing with Dodo Payments webhooks, plus Inngest-powered weekly AI analytics and thumbs-down feedback functionality to fill knowledge gaps.
  • Secured the platform with origin-bound HMAC session tokens and Upstash Redis rate limiting.
