Stepcode is a free-to-read instruction library for analysts who already know which method their question requires. Choose an analysis, then open the instructions for the software your organization uses. Each page explains the sequence, cites the source and states when the selected tool cannot complete a step.

The library covers Diversity Index to EBIT impact, Engagement Drivers for sales and income, employee churn predicted from organizational network data, and Flight Risk for predicting resignations. These four analyses span six tools and 24 pages covering every analysis and tool combination, with 54 additional pages for individual steps.

Stepcode is built so software does not decide the method. It is becoming a dependable route from the question to an answer the analyst can explain. The planned next stage is to apply the same sequence to the analyst’s own data.
