TRIAGERS™
About

Triage is the part everyone underestimates. It's the only part we do.

Every bug bounty program discovers the same thing, usually in week two: the hard part is reading the reports: validating them, reproducing them, telling a duplicate from a variant, a real severity from an inflated one, a genuine finding from confident nonsense. It has to happen fast enough that good researchers stay, and rigorously enough that engineers trust what lands in their backlog.

Most teams handle this by borrowing time from their best security engineers, the most expensive people in the building, doing work that interrupts everything else they were hired for. TRIAGERS™ exists so they can stop.

Who we are

Our triage squads are experienced security researchers and former bug bounty platform triage leads: people who have sat on both sides of the queue. They've written the reports, and they've read thousands of them. That double perspective is the product: we know what a real finding looks like at a glance, and we know what a researcher deserves to hear when the news is bad.

How we work

Three rules run the whole operation:

  • Reproduce first. No verdict without reproduction. If we can't make the bug happen, we say so and show our work. We don't rubber-stamp either direction.
  • Respect the researcher. Fast first responses, specific reasoning on every verdict, and severity arguments made on impact rather than budget. Researcher goodwill is your program's most valuable asset; we treat it that way.
  • Write everything down. Every verdict ships with evidence and reasoning. Six months later, you'll know exactly why a report was rated the way it was, without archaeology.

How we charge

Per report, from $15. You pay for capacity, not headcount. Quiet months cost little, launch-week floods don't require hiring, and the incentive stays clean: we're paid to process your queue well, not to inflate it.

Where we work

Inside your existing workflow: HackerOne, Bugcrowd, Intigriti, YesWeHack, or a self-hosted program running on a security@ inbox. Our full process is documented on the how we triage page.

Judge us on your own queue.

We'll scope a trial matched to your intake volume. You review our verdicts, then decide.
