Smoother Voice Journaling — Voice coaching now handles longer sessions, the "Upload audio" option is back in the recorder, and desktop dictation no longer repeats paragraphs. We also fixed a crash that could interrupt the voice coach on iOS.

More Reliable Exports and Imports — Moving your journal in and out of Reflection is more dependable now, including CSV imports — so your entries come through complete and intact.
