The final editor performance numbers for WP 6.5 are in: input processing (e.g. typing) is 5x faster and editor loading is over 2x faster! This is for both the post and site editors.
Just published a new version of Blocknotes! It's a big rewrite: WP queries have been modified to read directly from the filesystem, bypassing the database. Performance should be better. Please join 266 other testers!
