The locked Astro and Node adapter versions are incompatible.
- PR #48 upgraded Astro from 7.1.6 to 7.3.2, leaving @astrojs/node at 11.0.3.
- Astro 7.2.3 removed app.pipeline. The old adapter still calls app.pipeline.getLogger() during startup, matching your crash exactly.
- Adapter 11.1.3 fixed this by calling app.getLogger(). I checked the published 11.1.5 package and confirmed it contains that fix.
Fix: update the adapter and lockfile, then rebuild and redeploy:
npm install @astrojs/node@^11.1.5
CI missed it because it builds the image but never starts the generated server. npm ci keeps installing the broken locked version.
