When you are going to fix my login problem. I cannot login on the app or the website. I cannot see my bill each month or anything with my account. Surely you dont expect me to call and just pay whatever amt you tell me without seeing my bill?! @CoxComm @Ask_Spectrum @GetSpectrum

Way to prove my point @CoxHelp @CoxComm 🤣🤬 You ask me to DM to resolve my issue. I have not had access to my account for over 2 weeks or more. You tell me wait another 7 days. But you wont reply about you trying to cut my service off. @GetSpectrum How is this fair?

@lyft @AskLyft This payment system is incredibly consumer-unfriendly. I took multiple Lyft rides and each time Lyft placed an authorization hold on my debit account for the ride amount—making that money unavailable to me immediately.
