... so this will only apply on master, and then the stable/beta releases after 3.35.0 ships to stable (quite some time).

Fixes a 1.0.0 release blocker: the web, macOS, Linux and Windows stub
platforms were declared with `pluginClass: none`, a form Flutter removed
after 3.35 (flutter/flutter#172579, closing #57497). Newer Flutter took
`none` literally and generated a registrant referencing a class of that
name, so dependent apps failed to build for web
(`Couldn't resolve the package 'flutter_web_plugins'`) and macOS
(`No podspec found for nfc_wallet_suppression`).

Web and desktop need different treatment. Desktop uses `dartPluginClass`
alone; `fileName` is dropped because only the web parser reads it. Web
cannot use `dartPluginClass` at all — `WebPlugin.fromYaml` hard-requires
`pluginClass` and `dart_plugin_registrant.dart` explicitly skips
`web_javascript` — so web gets a real `pluginClass` plus the
`flutter_web_plugins` dependency its registrant imports. The stub itself
needed no change: `registerWith([Object? registrar])` already satisfies
both contracts.

No published version was affected; the stub platforms were introduced in
the unreleased 1.0.0. Verified on Flutter 3.35.0 and 3.47.0.

Adds the CI that would have caught it. Nothing built this plugin for web
or desktop, so the declaration went from working to broken to fixed
unnoticed. `build-web` and `build-macos` are matrixed over the floor and
stable, and were confirmed to fail against the pre-fix declaration and
pass after it. The example gained web and macOS targets to build against.
Linux and Windows remain declared but uncovered — macOS is a proxy for
their shared desktop code path, not a substitute.

Also bumps the example to Gradle 9.1.0, AGP 8.13.2 and Kotlin 2.4.10. It
had been sitting exactly on all four of Flutter 3.47's error floors with
zero margin. AGP stays on 8.x deliberately: moving to 9 requires built-in
Kotlin, which requires raising the declared Flutter floor to 3.44+.
