Avoid calling .get() on providers during configuration time, as it defeats lazy evaluation and can break Gradle's configuration caching. Instead of resolving relative to the default build directory with ../../build, you can define it cleanly relative to the project directory using layout.projectDirectory.

Avoid calling .get() here as well. Since value() accepts a Provider, you can pass the provider returned by dir() directly to preserve lazy evaluation.

I believe this is what is in the template - and I believe we had issues with lazy evaulation so I'm a little wary of these comments.

Update gradle lockfile for external_textures integration test. generate_gradle_lockfiles.dart skips this test because it doesn't use a main.dart. Not sure if we want to continue skipping this test or not (if not will file in another PR).
