Enables `android.builtInKotlin=true` for the `interactive_media_ads` plugin example app. Split out of #12883, which flips the same flag for every other Android example app. This package was held back because it is the only one that needs an accompanying dependency change. Start to enable built-in kotlin. Let's check this works before doing this automatically for all builds via the migrator. This only affects example apps.
Enabling last outstanding example plugin app
interactive_media_adsin a follow up PR: #12912. It requires updating a kotlin testing dependency (in the plugin module; not the example app) that breaks when built-in kotlin is enabled.Partially Addresses flutter/flutter#189235
