bug(gfql): gfql_validate returns ok:true on shapes where execution 100% crashes (validator/runtime drift) #1889

Description

@lmeyerov

Round-002 agent-01 (F-06/F-07): graphs with both frames None-after-bind fail 21/21 execution cells with a bare ValueError: Missing edges (ComputeMixin.py:232) — even for node-only queries the nodes-only pandas path proves answerable — while gfql_validate returns ok: true on exactly those shapes. A validator that approves what execution always rejects is drift in the contract both are supposed to share. Repros in plans/gfql-release-amplification/rounds/round-002/findings/agent-01/. Related: #1879 (nodes-only bare errors; agent-01 expanded it with chain_direct/hop_direct/get_degrees instances + the policy-flips-dtype F-04).
