   GitMate.io thinks possibly related issues are #7700 (Do not regenerate the preview on a rename), #8049 (Wrong icon after renaming an external mountpoint), #11574 (After deleting image, the preview files remain forever), #702 (Previews for single shared files is not updated ), and #7009 (File stays locked if OC\Files\View.rename() fails).
