Comment indicator only shown on list entries without avatar (owned by you) #11903

GitMate.io thinks possibly related issues are #10877 (Comment icon is not shown on shared folder), #7414 (Input field for comments no longer shows warnings about comment length), #10394 (Fix avatar sizing for comments), #6424 (Indicator for tagged files in list), and #10477 (App update indicator shows but there is no update).

In this example, all the shares have new comments. But the one which is shared from another person to you does not show the indicator:
Why is that @nextcloud/javascript @blizzz, and could it be fixed?
