docs: publish only 4.18.1.x, 4.19.0.x, 4.19.2.x and 3.11.5.x - #1146

Sixteen versions were published, none newer than 4.19.0.1. Publish the four supported lines instead, with 4.19.2.x as stable and 3.11.5.x as the one deprecated 3.x version. The thirteen dropped versions' roots redirect to stable or 3.11.5.x; deep links into them will 404. The README's API link pointed at one of them. The site publishes sixteen versions, none newer than 4.19.0.1. Publish the four supported lines instead: 4.19.2.x (stable), 4.19.0.x, 4.18.1.x, and 3.11.5.x (deprecated).
