Documentation
How all of it works, in public.
The documentation is free and needs no account — the free plugin and all 9 add-ons. You should be able to find out whether this product does what you need before you pay for it.
No login, no paywall, no “contact us for details”
Start here
Three ways in, depending on where you are.
Getting started
From an empty install to a desk taking tickets: departments, agents, the portal page, and making sure email actually leaves.
Existing siteUpgrading to 5.0.0
What happens to your old add-ons, what became free, which screens moved where, and what to do before you start.
Building pagesShortcodes and blocks
Every block and the shortcode behind it, what each one takes, and which add-on has to be installed for it to appear.
The add-ons
What each one does, screen by screen.
Every add-on has a page listing the screens it adds, what each is for, and which separately sold plugin it replaced.
- Agents & TeamsWho answers, and what they may see.
- Service Levels & AutomationWhat the desk has promised, and what it does about it on its own.
- EmailMail in and mail out.
- Knowledge & Self-ServiceWhat a customer can answer without you.
- AI AgentAnswers from your own documentation.
- Customer ExperienceEverything the customer meets.
- CommerceWho bought what, and what that entitles them to.
- IntegrationsEverything that talks to something outside.
- Reporting & ComplianceWhat happened, and what may be kept.
How to read these pages
A few conventions.
- Anything marked free is in the plugin from the directory, with no license and no expiry. If a page does not say otherwise, it is free.
- Version numbers are literal. “Since 5.0.0” means that release and everything after it, and it will still say 5.0.0 in two years’ time.
- Screen names match the plugin. If the documentation calls something Assignment, that is what the menu says.
- The plugin speaks 17 languages. It installs yours by itself; the files to download or edit are on Translations.
- Nothing here is generated. A page that is wrong is a bug, and telling us is welcome.
Nothing here covering it?
The free plugin is supported on the WordPress.org forum, and a paid license adds priority support on our own desk.
