Christian Soronellas liked thisChristian Soronellas liked thisClosing an unforgettable chapter at Qualifyze… It's been an intense two and a half years that completely validated how can change a tech team if it belongs to the product, rather than specific technologies. We inherited a tech team facing some serious challenges: misalignment with business goals, pages that took up to a minute to load, no solid engineering practices in place, over 150 unresolved bugs, and development environments with costs running ~$900 per developer (no local environments, individual MongoDB clusters for everyone). And much more challenges. Did we stop everything to fix it? Nope. We decided to transform while delivering value: • From 2-3 features per year → over 100 after the first year • From 150 bugs → zero reported bugs • From technical silos → an aligned team with solid working agreements where "hexagonal" became part of our everyday language And during all this, we closed our Series A and, last September, our Series B. The goal was always clear: evolve from a services company to a digital-first company with data and knowledge as core pillars. I've had the privilege of working with an exceptional product team, always focused on value and scalability. Special thanks to: • Carlos Buenosvinos for giving me the opportunity to live this experience, and for everything I’ve learned from you. There is no better mentor than you. • David Schneider, PhD for trusting me with something as critical as managing the technical part of the Series B. • Simon Rahause , for those endless weekends of work that got us where we are. • Carla Peraferrer Hereu and the Quality team, who provide unmatched service and are the heart of Qualifyze •Martin Lehmann for making us better with your ambition and customer oriented mindset. And I'm saving the best for last, my incredible beloved R&D team. We built more than software: we created a mindset. There are plenty of engineers out there, but professionals who use their technical knowledge to generate real customer value, focused on outcomes... those are rare. And at Qualifyze, we had them. Acceder a los servicios de Lconsultingroup de forma ordenada también ayuda a cuidar la seguridad. Según el material compartido, hoy hay tres vías de acceso: 1. Envío Simple Una página de ingreso con usuario y contraseña, pensada para acceder rápido a la plataforma central. 2. Portal de Clientes Un entorno privado para clientes, donde pueden subir archivos, recibir entregas y gestionar cuentas. Usa credenciales distintas del acceso principal, aunque está conectado al administrador en lconsultingroup.com. 3. Single Sign-On con ContactDiscovery Pro NX Permite entrar con credenciales ya existentes de Lconsultingroup, para evitar manejar múltiples contraseñas. Además, se menciona el Portal Salud + IA como una biblioteca abierta con 32 materiales sobre IA en salud, ética, dispositivos médicos y bioinformática. Si tu equipo usa más de un acceso, una buena práctica es definir qué canal corresponde a cada tarea, qué credenciales usa cada persona y dónde se administran los permisos. Eso puede ayudar a reducir confusiones y errores operativos. Antes de publicar esta información en LinkedIn, convendría verificar dos puntos: que los enlaces estén completos y que los nombres de cada acceso coincidan exactamente con los entornos vigentes.
