This pull request updates FlutterTextInputPlugin.mm to replace the entire marked range instead of only the selected text range when finalizing composing text during insertText:. A regression test is added to verify this behavior for dead key sequences. The review feedback suggests avoiding a hardcoded range in the test and instead using beginningOfDocument and endOfDocument to safely retrieve the full text range.

Thank you! I have created a dream journal app in Flutter and this issue is problematic for me too on iPad with a French Canadian Magic Keyboard! Hope this PR makes it in soon!!

@LongCatIsLooong What do you think about the changes? Also, would it be possible to ship this in the next minor release (3.47.1)? It's a one-line bug fix that affects a lot of people. I fixed the issue after a user of my app reported it.

Flutter hosts before flutter/flutter#191062 kept the raw preedit:
candidate tap -> `taigi台語`, Space -> `taigitaigi `.

- commit over marked text = setMarkedText(text) + unmarkText (Apple
  documented flow), never insertText
- iOS merges proxy calls of one main-thread turn (observed iOS 27), so
  commit + trailing literal in one turn lands out of order (UIKit: space
  before word; Flutter: duplicated word). HostTextWriter holds the commit
  for the event and appends same-event literals -> one write

fix(ios): 修复 Flutter 宿主（闲鱼）中编码残留为普通文字

闲鱼等基于旧版 Flutter（flutter#191062 之前）的输入框中，insertText 会插在
光标处而不替换标记文本，导致输入 hdui 得到“hdu还是”。另外 iOS 会合并键盘
在宿主应用之前的多次调用（先 insert，再最后一次 setMarkedText，再 unmark），
打乱上屏与后续编码的顺序。

- 覆盖标记文本上屏改用 Apple 文档的 setMarkedText(结果) + unmarkText()
- 上屏后等待宿主回执（textDidChange）或 120 ms，期间的上屏与编码排队按序写入
- 忽略宿主对自身上屏的第一次回执，避免取消紧接着输入的编码
- 退格删除最后一个编码字母改回单次清空标记
- 测试：模拟输入框增加旧版 Flutter 与“合并调用”两种宿主模型，三种宿主下
  覆盖打字、退格、上屏、自动上屏后继续输入和快速连续输入
