This pull request modifies packages/flutter/lib/src/services/platform_views.dart to change how the gestureId parameter is passed in the rejectGesture methods of _AndroidViewControllerInternals and _Hybrid2AndroidViewControllerInternals, replacing the conditional check with 'gestureId': ?gestureId.
