Follow-up to flutter#188571, which removed the `download_jdk` gclient var from DEPS and the builder JSONs. Two references remained: - engine/src/flutter/.ci.yaml: the builder_cache targets still passed "download_jdk": "true". DEPS no longer declares the var, so gclient ignored the override. - lib/web_ui/dev/generate_builder_json.dart still emitted 'download_jdk': false, so regenerating linux_web_engine_test.json would have added it back.

Follow-up to #188571, which removed the
download_jdkgclient var from DEPS and the builder JSONs underci/builders/. Two references were outside that path and got missed:engine/src/flutter/.ci.yaml: the Linux, Mac and Windowsbuilder_cachetargets still pass"download_jdk": "true". DEPS no longer declares the var, so gclient drops the override and the line does nothing.lib/web_ui/dev/generate_builder_json.dartstill emits'download_jdk': false. On master today,felt generate-builder-jsonadds three"download_jdk": falselines back tolinux_web_engine_test.json. With this change it regenerates the checked-in file with no diff.No behavior change. After this,
git grep download_jdkis empty.Part of #187627.
