Removes web skips from gesture_binding_resample_event_test, scribe_test, app_overrides_test, binding_test, and keep_alive_test. All affected tests now pass on Chrome. keep_alive_test's expected RenderView description now mirrors RenderView.debugFillProperties, which prints `Web` instead of `Platform.operatingSystem` on web.

Heads up: I think the local runs may only be covering dart2js. That's why you didn't catch the wasm frame parsing one. Everything else LGTM!

The test passes under dart2js but fails under dart2wasm, where the Wasm stack frames aren't elided into 'Normal element mounting'.

packages/flutter/test/gestures/gesture_binding_resample_event_test.dart: removes theskip: isBrowserfrom the sharedtestResampleEventhelper. Pointer event resampling underfakeAsyncnow works on web, so every resample test in the file runs on web.packages/flutter/test/widgets/binding_test.dart: narrows the skip ondefaultStackFilter elides framework Element mounting stacksfromkIsWebtokIsWasm. It passes with CanvasKit but still fails with Skwasm, which [web] binding_test 'defaultStackFilter elides framework Element mounting stacks' fails on the web #87875 continues to track.packages/flutter/test/widgets/keep_alive_test.dart: unskipsKeepAlive render tree description. The test only failed because the expectedRenderViewdescription usedPlatform.operatingSystem.RenderView.debugFillPropertiesprintsWebon web (kIsWeb ? 'Web' : Platform.operatingSystem), so the two expected strings now match that logic.packages/flutter/test/widgets/app_overrides_test.dart: unskipsshowPerformanceOverlayOverride true.
