This pull request migrates the InputChip Material 3 defaults to the new token-based generation system. Specifically, it removes the inline _InputChipDefaultsM3 class from input_chip.dart and replaces it with a generated part file (input_chip_defaults_m3.g.dart). It introduces InputChipTemplateM3 to generate these defaults from tokens, enables this template in the generation script, and adds corresponding unit tests to verify the generated output. It also looks like padding / labelPadding are identical for InputChip and FilterChip - maybe we could codeshare here (potentially refactor to have a base ChipTemplate?) Again, I think this can be a TODO that is addressed as a follow-up after the initial migration (no need to block these changes).

Thanks! That makes sense. The same padding logic also appears in the ActionChip and Chip templates, and the existing ChoiceChip defaults use the same measurements. However, the specs list the padding measurements separately for each chip type. Although the values are the same today, they may differ in the future. Since the logic is small, I think it may be better to keep it in each template for now rather than introduce a shared base. I’ve added constants and a TODO to use padding tokens if they become available, and we can revisit sharing if the specs continue to align.
