Fixes flutter/flutter#193231

Hopefully unblocks the flutter -> packages autoroller.

The dart fix golden tests for ThemeData and TextTheme were incorrectly trying to statically access copyWith which is an instance member. This caused an unexpected dart fix change involving deprecated members (details at flutter/flutter#193231) but I think the underlying issue is the golden tests don't contain valid Dart code.

I wondered that too initially but it seems like that is purely affecting dart2wasm (which this isn't)

Added override: no changelog needed since these are purely test changes (the directory is called test_fixes instead of test so I don't think this was recognized as test-only by the tooling).
