Updated remaining tests to AGP 9 including some add-to-app scenario tests. Had to manually add newDsl (as expected) and migrate to built-in kotlin.

Update add-to-app scenarios to agp 9. Post submit tests failed because `android.newDsl=false` was not added to test app `multiple_flutters` and I removed the compose plugin `org.jetbrains.kotlin.plugin.compose` when it was [required when using compose](https://kotlinlang.org/docs/compose-compiler-migration-guide.html).
