[AppVeyor] Fix go version mismatch

Removed trx_id/TrxID (issue #149)

Before, -l option means all plugins in 'repos' array in lock.json .
After this commit, -l option means all plugins in current profile.

Show each warning as each line.
"[WARN]" label is showed in each line,
it is easy to understand the output is warnings.

This change breaks backward compatibility of 'volt migrate' command.
It no longer allows no arguments.  A user must specify migration
operation to its argument.  The previous lockjson migration when no
arguments is moved to 'volt migrate lockjson'.
