The 2026 Kansas Attorney General election will be held on November 3, 2026, to elect the attorney general of Kansas. Republican incumbent Kris Kobach is seeking a second term. He is being challenged by Democratic lawyer and former nominee Chris Mann in a rematch of 2022.
Kobach and Mann won their respective primaries unopposed on August 4.
