Should Smith, John van der Berg Prof. read title 'Prof.' as John van der Berg Prof. does? #623

Description

@derek73

Since #614, S2's trailing run of a main segment (no comma, or the part before a suffix comma) is read once, ahead of the particle chain, so a trailing period-marked title behind a particle surname is the title: John van der Berg Prof. reads title 'Prof.', family 'van der Berg'. A family comma's given part is not read that way. The chain runs first, and assign's own reading follows (decisions.md#S2, 2026-10-07, RESIDUALS; #620 left it open):

Input Today
John van der Berg Prof. title 'Prof.', family 'van der Berg'
Smith, John van der Berg Prof. given 'John', middle 'van der Berg Prof.', family 'Smith'
Smith, John Prof. title 'Prof.', given 'John', family 'Smith'
van der Berg, John Prof. title 'Prof.'

Proposal: read the given part's trailing run the same way, once, between P3's joins and the chain, counting the chain's units (#620's _chain_units). The given part has no family to keep, so the words-to-spare floor differs there; the prototype must state which count it uses.

Measure: the S2 stress grid's comma half (decisions.md#S2's recipe), read by shape, against master. Expected moves are the H5 title class after a family comma.

Open: does P6's trailing-particle attachment (Smith, Jan van) read before or after this run?
