This pull request migrates the Material 3 Dialog and Fullscreen Dialog defaults to the token-based code generation system. It removes the hardcoded default classes from dialog.dart and replaces them with generated part files (dialog_defaults_m3.g.dart and dialog_fullscreen_defaults_m3.g.dart). Additionally, it enables the generator templates in gen_defaults.dart and adds unit tests in gen_defaults_test.dart to verify the generated outputs.
